Originally from a small town on the Canadian prairies, Tanya Procyshyn has been documenting the world around her since 2005. With a passion for unusual destinations, her adventures range from swimming with millions of jellyfish in Palau to shaking hands with North Korean soldiers to spending the night in the Chernobyl exclusion zone. Her passions include eco-tourism, scuba-diving, budget travel, and street food.

After 7 years as an expat in Southeast Asia (Thailand and Singapore),Tanya returned to Canada in 2013 and is currently based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
